Design & Manufacturing

Stock Electronics, in keeping with its tradition, continues to focus on a.c motor speed control of fans & pumps, principally within the H.E.V.A.C industry.

However it increasingly favours the use of programmable interface control (P.I.C) software, not only to promote value engineering of existing products but also to provide the means of realising more complex designs. These generally, but not exclusively, are linked to applications which involve either a.c or d.c motor speed control functions.

The design, qualification & manufacturing procedures are achieved within the accredited disciplines of IS0 9000. So if you have a project where we can assist with our design or manufacturing expertise then don't delay - contact us today!

Low Cost Duty/Standby Change Over Panel
(220/240v single phase)

S.E.L have developed a highly competitive 8 amp change over panel.  This product, the DC08, replaces the existing 6 amp design (DC06).  It has been re-designed to incorporate PIC technology, enabling us to greatly reduce the size of the unit and offer normally expensive options at basic level prices.

New 1.5 amp Hand Operated Controller (220/240v single phase)

We have developed this 1.5 amp controller, the DP1.5, to replace the ‘dimmer switch type’ 1 amp (DP1) we were supplying.  This single gang control now boasts features common to our standard range of  controllers.

The Quiet motor Control (QMC)

We have developed a QMC for single phase fan motors up to 1.5 amp running current. This provides speed control of the motor by amplitude modulation of the sine wave. It provides manual or automatic electronic fan speed control, guaranteeing noiseless operation, free of magnetic hum associated with triac phase cutting techniques.
We are currently presenting the technology to customers and discussing how it can be incorporated in their systems.

Boiler Control

We have developed a  microprocessor controller which ensures an appropriate negative differential pressure exists within the boiler flue with respect to atmospheric pressure in occupied areas.
This is achieved by comparing the set point differential to that measured by the pressure sensor and using PI control to automatically adjust the air volume of a fan.
The unit comes with full LED. displays for power, pressure and fault/trip conditions.

Latest E.M.C Directives

All new product designs are being built to the latest directives and designs in existence prior to release of updated legislation are being bought in line.
